Talks Saves Lives: Construction is a peer-to-peer presentation that covers the scope of suicide in construction, the research on prevention, and what people can do to fight suicide. Attendees learn the risk factors and warning signs of suicide, and how together we can help prevent it in the construction industry. This program is part of a broader campaign called Hard Hat Courage, which was founded to confront high rates of suicide in the construction industry by equipping construction workers with evidence-informed suicide prevention tools and loss support.
