Part 1: How & Why to Effectively Delegate

We will define delegation, discuss why it is critically important and why we don’t delegate as much as we should. We will also discuss the behaviors of delegation and some new ways to look at this key competency of leaders and managers alike.
Part 2: Developing Accountability for Yourself & Others

Holding yourself and others accountable is key for success. This interactive session is designed to build a mindset for personal accountability and responsibility for organizational results. It will get the participant to look at accountability differently. We will introduce a 5-step process and a format to make accountability completely clear between both parties.
Part 3: How to Execute Difficult Conversations

Executing difficult conversations is needed in all companies at times. This course is designed to help participants have confidence to navigate difficult conversations and to manage them skillfully so that feelings are spared, and the organization’s best interests are kept front and center. We will cover a specific process to use and provide them a template to guide their conversations.
