Improve the Construction Process
MBA contractors work with architects on the AIA/MBA Joint Committee on common areas of interest such as risk allocation, contract documents, CPM schedules and on-line bid auctioning. This Committee developed and regularly updates the Recommended Construction Practices, which outlines uniform contracting guidelines for contractors and architects.
