1987 Each Prime Contractor will be responsible for the clean-up of his debris and scrap material and will properly dispose of it off-site. If the Prime Contractor fails to clean up, the Architect may, after 48 hours notice to the Prime Contractor, do so and charge the cost to that Prime Contractor.
