 Safety Responsibilities

Holes or Openings in Floor or Roof

Any Contractor creating any hole or openings shall be responsible for covering, securing or installing the covers or barricades for the hole or opening. Covers or barricades will be left in place until installation of the final equipment or material. The Contractor installing the final equipment or material would be responsible for the complete removal and disposal of the covers or barricades.*

*In all cases, where safety issues are involved, care must be taken to follow the prevailing governmental regulations of any agency having jurisdiction of the matter.
